Show your community support! As one of 10 host Canadian cities, the City of Charlottetown and Discover Charlottetown proudly represented PEI and welcomed their version of Winterlude’s 2022 National Ice Carving Championship to Charlottetown. On Feb 5 & 6, PEI’s local ice sculpting team, Patrick Brunet and Kelly Caseley, had 20 hours to sculpt 15 blocks of ice and to create a work of art inspired by the theme “Olympic and Paralympic spirit,” a nod to the 2022 Winter Games. Daily voting takes place online February 11 – 20, 2022 to determine the top 3 winners from coast to coast.
